Patient Care & Support
We are aware that laser eye surgery can be intimidating. That’s why we work hard to educate you about the benefits and risks. We also make every effort to help you feel comfortable throughout the process, from pre-consultation to post-surgery. Our highly-trained staff of Optometrists, Nurses, and Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologists (COMTs) work closely with each of our patients to ensure their total confidence and comfort. In addition, we’re always available to answer any and all of your questions about the surgery, and we’ll be right beside you during the postoperative period to make sure you have all the support and follow-up you need.
What happens when you combine the best medical team with the best technology and the very best patient-care and support? Simply put, you get the opportunity for terrific vision. At Focus Eye, we are completely dedicated to providing our patients with the best experience possible. This dedication has allowed us to attract and serve patients for over almost three decades, helping them enjoy freedom from glasses and contact lenses.
SBK Over LASIK
At Focus Eye, we perform a type of laser eye surgery called Intralase SBK. It’s similar to LASIK but leads to shorter recovery times, and it is considered by many to be safer and more effective than LASIK. Intralase SBK also allows our surgeons to treat some people who do not qualify for LASIK. If you’d like to learn more about the benefits of SBK over LASIK, visit the SBK Vs LASIK page where we go into more detail and answer your questions. However, if you still have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us for a consultation to allow us to explain in even greater detail.
It is our desire to meet each of our patients where they are. Sometimes there are concerns about the affordability of laser eye surgery. We realize that this is an investment in better vision, which is why we’ve created a financing plan that will allow you to pay for your surgery in installments — and why we remain flexible with our patients. After all, we don’t want the cost of surgery to prevent you from achieving your best-possible vision.
Standard of Care
Our highly skilled team of medical staff and laser surgeons are committed to patient care.
End Dependence on Glasses and Contact Lenses
Imagine not having to depend on contact lenses or fumble for glasses anymore. Laser Vision Correction gives you the freedom of clear, natural vision.
The Vision You Want
We work with patients to help achieve visual outcomes that are often better than with glasses or contact lenses; often even better than 20/20. Your best vision is our highest priority.
Fast Healing Time
We believe that Laser Vision Correction should be a comfortable experience. Our Surgeons use advanced technology that allows for the highest degree of safety while ensuring post-operative healing has patients back to their daily routines as fast as possible.
We start by making sure patients are well-informed, have all their questions answered and fully understand the treatment options available to them based on a comprehensive consultation. We then follow our patients closely before, during and well after their day of surgery to ensure they achieve their best possible vision.
